If you would like to add any additional information to an online fraud report you had made previously, please follow these steps.
1. To update a fraud report click here
2. Then enter the security code (CAPTCHA) and then enter your police crime reference number (CRN)and password in the boxes provided.
3. You will then be able to add new details to your fraud report.
Your CRN and Password will have been supplied to you at the end of your previous crime report and will also have been sent out to you in the post/email.
Please note it is not possible to insert additional information if your previous report related to information only regarding an attempted fraud.
