A 41-year-old man has been arrested during an investigation into allegations of an online ticketing fraud that affected thousands of music fans.
The City of London Police investigation commenced after a number of reports were made of customers not receiving tickets that they had purchased online. Victims believed they had bought concert tickets for various concerts, including the Take That Progress Tour. Hundreds of reports have been made to Action Fraud about the ticketing scam.
Anyone who thinks they have been affected by this fraud should report it to Action Fraud.
